I oversee one of the three Just Property branches in Port Elizabeth, or Gqeberha, as it is more recently called. As a family-run branch, we strive to ensure that our clients, for both sales and rentals, feel a sense of connection and trust when dealing with anyone in the branch. To me, this starts first by ensuring my staff are appreciated and happy in their workplace, and this has a positive spin-off when interacting with clients.
When it comes to Rentals, we have a strict vetting process that is closely monitored by management. This ensures a high calibre of tenants who will be occupying our Landlords' high-priced assets. With Sales, we have a policy of sharing (fairly) not only with our sister branch but also with agents from other brands, and this gives our Sellers the best possible chance of concluding a sale.
