I am Olga Alexander, a real estate agent for Just Property. I am focused on residential properties to let and purchase in the Western Seaboard for the Blouberg area.

I carry values of hard work, outstanding client service and a joyful experience into everything I do. I joined the real estate industry in 2022, following on from many years in the corporate advertising industry. I stepped into the challenging role of an Account Manager and embraced the position with enthusiasm and grew from strength to strength. My aim was customer care and client satisfaction. I believe this background has equipped me with expertise in understanding the importance of client service excellence.

Much of a real estate’s agents time is spent socialising, meeting diverse people, each with their own unique property purchasing or selling requirements, and building loyal and trusting relationships with them. I am very excited to be embarking on my newfound career path in real estate and knowing that I will be working for myself inspires me to provide a customised focus on each of my clients.

My welcoming personality and empathetic understanding ensure that renters, sellers, and buyers needs are met. Being a Blouberg resident myself, I absolutely love the outdoors and experiencing all activities that the beachfront offers. I am a big foodie and enjoy experiencing new and unique cuisines and find the most joy in traveling and exploring new areas with friends and family.
