I leased with them for 12 months and I have had zero problems in the 12 months. Although when I moved in, the unit wasn't thoroughly cleaned (first experience ever), they clearly stated that I was responsible for that. On exit, I cleaned anyway becuase I didn't want the next tenant to have my experience. The second experience was with the washing machine taps - they were leaking and I replaced both at my own expense because the owner refused. Other than the cleaning part and the washing machine taps, there was really zero issues throught my stay. I would highly recommend this Just Property franchine without hesitation. Every one communicated well and clearly via email and Whatsapp and you never had to wait forever for a reply. Everyone was professional and I would consider them again in future if ever I'm back in the area again.
